If you want to participate, a few things to know are below!

General Details:

• Open to all makers and artworks, whether its paintings, prints, soaps, candles, crocheted goods - not just ceramics!

• The Market runs from 10a - 5p July 4 & 5

• Set-up: July 3, 5p - 8p

• Strike: July 5, 5p - 8p (let me know if there is an issue with timing and we can plan!)

• Cost: $70+HST for non-members, $55 +HST for members with no commission taken

  • Why the fee? The market fee covers the time to prep the studio, close the studio for 2 days, clean and reorganize after the market, and pay for packing materials, some decorations, the cost of processing payments and admin.

  • If you require a sliding scale payment in order to participate please let me know in the “a little bit about yourself section”- there are a few smaller spots available to accommodate this!

  • You are able to split the space with another member(s) or friend(s), please just fill out one form together and pay the market fee in one payment

    What is included:

• Space (2’ x 4’ table space -or- 48“ x 12 x 15” shelves (white second from top) -or- two 22” x 22” square shelves

• Wrapping & packaging for sold items

• Supervision of artwork throughout duration of market (you do not have to be present but are welcome to be!)

• Sales run through studio POS - invoice paid to you for your sales via etransfer by following week’s end

• Snacks, good times, caffeine
